Jesus is the perfect leader and perfect High Priest. According to Hebrews 5:5-8, He learned obedience by the things He suffered.
All good leaders learn from experience, especially those experiences that involve suffering. Reflect on what you have learned from your own trials. Do you remain teachable or do you resist what God is seeking to teach you?
