In the first few verses of Luke 8, we find Jesus “on tour” with many of His followers.
Even though He was God in the flesh, He surrounded Himself with a diverse “team” unified around a common goal and believing in the mission.
- As a leader, have you built a diverse team?
- What are you doing to unify them around a common goal?
- How do you build belief in your mission?

I am retired. I did a lot of team building as an elem. school principal with 1000 students and a year-round format that put teachers into color-coded teams. Now, I am a TOPS member – and our little team of 8 to 10 ladies require the same intensity of team-building. Ain’t always easy!
