The ability to listen is crucial to being a person that anyone else wants to listen to. And if you aren’t, you can’t be a leader! The art of questioning comes with a heart that cares and wants to know, wants to understand, wants to know others. It’s an endearing quality indeed. I find it challenging … a life-time’s work, indeed!

That’s an excellent point. The heart attitude in listening comes across to people. I also find it challenging, but God reminds me it is worth the effort.
