Humble Example

Notice that Jesus did not push to the front of the line to be baptized nor did He schedule a private audience with John for the baptism (Luke 3:21 ).

All the people were baptized, then Jesus was baptized. He chose to humble Himself and make Himself of no reputation (Php 2:5-11 ).

As a leader, how can your humble attitude be an encouragement to those under your care?
