Remember, when it comes to leadership, it’s not about you.
In His last hours, Jesus advised His disciples that their focus should not be on where they fit into a hierarchy or what place of honor they deserved (Luke 22:24-26).
That’s the way of the world, but is not His way. When it comes to leadership, it should be about others and how He wants you to serve.
