If you serve the Lord well as a leader, what reward does Peter say you will earn (1Pet 5:2-4)?

  • What is special about the reward (1Pet 5:4)?
  • What is the significance of Jesus being the chief Shepherd  (Heb 13:20-21)?
  • What is the appropriate motivation for being an overseer?
