When faced with a problem, pragmatic leaders develop a plan to resolve it. Jacob developed a plan to provide assets he needed to resolve his problem (Gen 30:33-34).
The strength of Jacob’s proposal was that it appeared viable to Laban.
Do your plans sound reasonable to others?

My plans need to sound reasonable to me! Sometimes others don’t understand how viable God’s plans are for me. As long as I am tuned in to Him, as long as I am in prayer and guided by His wisdom, my leadership will remain viable. Don’t you agree?

Yes, I do. Like, you, my challenge is sometimes helping them “see the light” in my plans. I seek His guidance on what is okay to adapt to engage others and what must not change to stay true to His Word.

Staying true to His Word and being compassionate and discerning are life-long goals, aren’t they?!
