Are You Realistic?

To be effective, you must listen to and see the problems. Look at all sides of an issue. Once you’ve squarely faced reality, seek solutions and opportunities. Sometimes what we call a problem, God calls an opportunity.

When you receive new information, consider if it warrants you taking a different course. Be willing to change direction if there is good cause. People are uncomfortable with those in charge who are indecisive. They also are nervous around those in charge who are clueless to reality.

People need a leader who can bear the bad, contain it, understand the depth of it, and still provide a realistic hope if one exists.

If you belong to God, there is always hope.

Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.  (Pro 16:3)
