Those in spiritual leadership will give an account of how they follow and how they lead,
- Make your top priority, pleasing God. Be trustworthy, Exo 18:21.
- Turn to God for answers and trust Him, Jas 1:5-6, Php 4:13.
- Lean on God and His Word rather than your own understanding, Pro 3:5-6, Psa 23:1-6.
- Be impartial and make decisions based on what God says, Deu 1:16-17.
