Don’t Allow Envy to Destroy Unity

Don’t allow anyone on the team to act as though he is better than the others.

On the other hand, don’t allow team members to envy others on the team.

This destroys unity and is damaging to each person.

Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.  Gal 5:26  

God gave each of us a unique set of gifts and strengths.

One is not better than another. They are simply different.
