True Leaders are Not Pessimistic

True leaders understand that no matter how difficult the challenge before them, if they are doing what God asks of them, they will not fail. 

Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

• It is unwise to entrust leaders who can’t manage their own attitudes with the morale of others. 
• Good morale is intrinsically linked with a healthy sense of joy. (John 15:11). 
• When you know who God is, it puts things in perspective (Isa 40:28-31).
