Decision Sharing Advantages

Although you may be responsible for the final call in a decision, there are advantages in sharing the decision-making process with others (Ecc 4:9). 

• Those involved may see something that improves the final decision.
• People like to know that you heard them and took their ideas into consideration even if things don’t go exactly their way.
• Those involved will have greater buy-in and be more likely to fully support the decision.
