Coaching Day-to-Day

The effective leader observes daily performance.

This provides an opportunity to praise progress and redirect efforts not aligned with goals.

We all need encouragement and reminders (Heb 3:13). Guidance from the leader can protect some people from over confidence and bolster confidence in others.

Let’s not forget to show appreciation for our leaders as well.
