As a leader, do you want what God wants:
- for those you lead?
- for yourself?
You may have an appealing plan with noble goals. Your plan and goals may not violate any of God’s commandments. That’s a good start.
Before you barge ahead, stop to lay the plan and goals before God and ask if they are what He wants.
Tell Him, “Your will be done.” Mat 6:9-13
Be prepared to make changes as He directs.

I do that every morning up here in my sanctuary (my Angel room) in prayer. The Lord helps me plan my day. But then He sometimes changes my path mid-day. Gotta keep listening and responding to that “still small voice” – right?

You are so right! Those little course corrections throughout the day help us avoid the icebergs (if we keep listening).
