Are You a Kind Leader?

Consider the example of Boaz. 

  • He greeted his workers with, “The Lord be with you!” Ruth 2:4 
  • He was compassionate to Ruth in her difficult situation. Ruth 2:8-17

As a leader: 

  • Do you long for those under your care to have a close relationship with the Lord? 
  • Do you show compassion to those who are bearing trials?
