Many view leadership as more glamorous and important than other gifts.
God says the less noticeable and less glamorous parts of a body are more critical to survival (1Cor 12:20-31) .

Steward Your Gifts
What is the purpose of the gifts God has given you? Read 1Peter 4:10-11.
As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
Stir Up Your Gifts
Paul told Timothy to stir up the gift of God which was in him.
Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you… (2Tim 1:6)
Picture stirring up a fire under barely glowing embers. With a little stirring, you get heat and a flame.
