As a leader, you may want a quick resolution to a difficult situation.
Perhaps you’ve identified what you think would be the perfect solution.
Your solution may not be what God has in mind at this time.
When was the last time you waited patiently on the Lord?
How mature are you as a leader (Rom 5:1-5)? If you are running from tribulation, you may be running from the people God wants you to reach. Afflictions are God’s method of developing patience in you. You might not like it at the time, but God’s timetable is different from yours. Get used to it. Embrace it. Anticipate it. Dare to love it.
