When you recognize your weaknesses, God perfects His strength in you (2Cor 12:9).
If you exert your influence as a Christ-follower, you are obeying His call to leadership.
It is when you become arrogant, thinking you are strong on your own, that you are, in fact, weak.
We all want to feel secure, even a leader who appears strong to others. One source of insecurity for leaders is a sense of being inadequate for the responsibility of leadership.
