The proven character of a leader can be a safety net to many others (Acts 27:41-44). The soldiers wanted to kill the prisoners. They didn’t want any of them to escape.
Only because the centurion wanted to save Paul, did the other prisoners also remain alive. Consider how your proven character can be a safety net to others.
