The Challenge of Guidance

If you are a true leader, you will guide the flock God has given you, John 10:4.

This may sound easy, though it can be a challenge when your flock is filled with strongly opinionated people.

Recklessly asserting your own will is a recipe for disaster.

To be effective, you must hear God’s voice and follow Him.

If you do, you can rightly say, “Follow me as I follow the example of Christ.” 1Cor 11:1.

That is the best way to meet the challenge of guidance.
