Leadership is stewardship.
It is temporary and you’re accountable.
- Spiritual leaders know they must give an account of their leadership to God (2Cor 5:10-11).
- They do not settle for encouraging people to move toward the destination God has for them.
- They implore people to allow God to achieve His purposes in and through them.
