I’ve been pondering the significance of the phrase,

if you count me as a partner (Phm 17).

For me, there is power in partnership.

When a leader forms partnerships with others, they do things together, not because it’s their job, but because they share a common goal or purpose.

  1. Are you clear on your purpose and goals?
  2. Do you seek others who share that purpose and those goals?
  3. Have you agreed on a partnership that enables you to achieve those things together?

If your answer is “yes” to all 3, I congratulate you for embracing the power of partnership.

If you answered “no” to any of the 3, I urge you to consider what you may be missing and what you may be withholding from others who need your partnership.

I’ve been blessed to have found a life partner 60 yrs ago – and to still have each other to rely on!
