Lead with Grace

If you want to be a good apprentice (or help someone else be a good apprentice), here is a process to try.

1. Learn: Use the Bible as your instruction manual. Do the tasks God asks you to do. Have someone skilled in the task supervise you. (1Kgs 19:19-21) 
2. Practice: Do your tasks focusing on what God wants you to learn. 
3. Check: Get feedback on how well you are doing. Have someone test you. (2Kgs 2:1-15) 
4. Adjust: Ask God if He wants you to continue with your current tasks. If so, ask what changes He wants you to make to please Him most. 

If you are ready, begin another learning cycle.
