If the expectations you have of yourself and others are unrealistic, that can be destructive to you and others.
To liberate yourself from that poison, understand and lean into the grace of God, Gal 5:1.
Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
