The reality is that our world does not promote peace and contentment.
It is often stressful and unsatisfying.
As a leader, do you navigate the struggles in a way that encourages peace and contentment?
How is that possible?
Isaiah 26:3 provides the only effective method for bringing true peace and contentment.
If you focus on God and trust Him, He will keep you in perfect peace.
When He keeps you in perfect peace, those under your care will sense that peace.
Be ready to tell them about the source of your peace if they ask.
Encourage them to also focus on God and trust Him.
