I love this. It really is the perfect model for being in a “leadership” position. There has been some conflict within my Christian fellowship group on campus about what our role is and where accountability is necessary, and i’m so excited to share this with them. It’s stuff we know, but sometimes it’s nice to read old things with fresh eyes. 🙂
