A good leader develops others and equips them to exercise their gifts (Eph 4:11-12). Try the following to bring out the best in others.
- Identify Their Gifts: To what extent have you identified the gifts of others?
- Provide Opportunities to Use Their Gifts: What opportunities do you provide for them to use their gifts?
- Give Helpful Feedback: What feedback do you give to help them develop their gifts?
