God’s Goldilocks Zone

When I was reading the book “How to Lead When You’re Not in Charge, ” I thought of the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

The author pointed out that if you think of yourself too lowly, you won’t believe you are worthy. If you think of your self too highly, you will overestimate your abilities. Rom 12:3

To me, that suggests I should be in God’s Goldilocks Zone.

To be just right in my attitude, I should remember that:

  • Without a relationship with Christ, my attitude is pathetic, either too hard or too soft.  Gal 6:3
  • When I follow Christ faithfully, my attitude will be just right as I do things His way.  Gal 5:22-26
  • Also, I will not have to worry about the three bears. I’ll leave that to God.

Please join me in God’s Goldilocks Zone.
