The overall attitude you display either attracts or detracts others. As a leader, if you are cynical and gloomy, it will debilitate your followers by sucking the energy out of them. On the other hand, if you are cheerful and enthusiastic, it will energize your followers.

  • If Paul could speak with optimism while in chains on a battered ship, can you be optimistic in your situation (Php 4:4)?
  • Are you able to set the example for others by serving with joy (Psa 100:1-2)?
