Once you’ve put spiritual leadership in perspective by loving God, acknowledging your inadequacy, and studying His Word, what’s next?
Let’s move to step-4 in our diagram.
- Step 4: Trust God and lean on His promises. As your faith increases through His Word, you trust Him and lean on His promises. Php 4:13
- Step 5: Love people. Trusting God naturally leads you to express your love for others. Col 1:4-5
- Step 6: Desire that all people glorify God. When you love people, you will desire that they glorify God as they become who He wants them to be. Php 2:13
Note: By continuing to repeat this process, you will lead others spiritually by setting a godly example.
