Have you learned that conflict within human relationships is inevitable?- Do you realize that no leader is good enough to lead without the consent of the group he or she leads?
- Like Moses, do you remind people that the battles they will encounter are God’s battles (Deu 20:1, Deu 20:4)?
- Do you establish ground rules for conflict resolution? Example:

- All members have the right to express themselves and be treated fairly.
- All members must treat the others with respect.
- Everyone must commit to factual accuracy.
- Group members must commit to finding common ground.
