What role requirements has God specified for a leader?
Consider what He was looking for in Eze 22:30.
- a man among them: Are you a person who relates well to those in your community?
- should make up the hedge: Are you constructive and hardworking?
- stand in the gap: Do you love God and people enough that you seek to bridge the gap between them?
- Teach people from God’s Word. Be a role-model for being a Christ-follower.
- Advocate for people with God. Pray for them. Ask God to guide you in how best to reach people for Christ.
- for the land: Do you have a burden for your community? Do you have a vision for how your community will change as more of them accept Christ as Lord and Savior?
