In Charge, Not in Control

You may be a leader who makes good decisions and skillfully executes plans.

Before congratulating yourself too highly, remember that you are only in the leadership position because He has allowed you to be in charge.

God is the one in control and He will hold you accountable for how well you manage those responsibilities, Hosea 14.

  • Pause to acknowledge that He is in control.
  • Apologize for taking credit that is due to Him.
