If you follow God’s direction, He will give you more and more responsibility to the point of overload, Num 11:14-17. You need to redesign. You have two options.
You can continue to be a DOER or you can be a LEADER.
- Doer = God, I can’t do all this. Take it off me.
- Leader = God I can’t do all this alone. Who do you want to raise up to do this?
A leader thinks in terms of discipleship and sharing the load. Ask God how He wants you to delegate and develop others.
