How to Think Big

paradoxLeader, are you aware of the leadership paradox of Proverbs 2-3? God wants us to seek wisdom and understanding (Pro 2:1-5); however, He doesn’t want us to lean on it apart from the Lord (Pro 3:5-6). How do godly leaders think?

  • BIG because they know God’s vision is bigger than theirs (Pro 3:19-20).
  • GENEROUSLY because they trust in the generosity of God (Pro 3:9-10).
  • HUMBLY because they want to please God and add value to people (Pro 3:3-4).
  • CONFIDENTLY because the Lord is their confidence (Pro 3:26).

Are you thinking big and generously? Are you thinking as a servant and as a victor?
