How do you train/develop others?
Is your method similar to the one Paul used?
- Do you reach out individually to them to encourage and challenge them, 2Tim 1:1-5?
- Do they learn from what they see you do and pass those things along to others, 2Tim 2:1-2?
- Do you nudge, exhort, and implore those you are training to use their gifts to glorify God, 2Tim 1:6-7, 2Tim 3:14, 2Tim 4:1-5?
