- Take inventory to calculate the risks, Est 4:11.
- Fast and pray about the situation, Est 4:16.
- Be willing to take the necessary risks to deal with the situation, Est 5:1-2.
- Implement your plan when the timing is right, Est 5:4, Est 5:8, Est 7:3-4.
- Be clear on the root cause of the problem rather than focus on symptoms, Est 8:5.
