At one point, Israel had no leadership:
- They had stopped fearing God, Hosea 10:1-2.
- Their leaders did not keep the promises they made to the people, Hosea 10:3-4.

One reason is that others look to you as an example.
Good Role Model
There will be times when you influence others (leadership).
Peter tells us to serve as good role models and not treat those in our care harshly (1Pet 5:2-3).
