You may be a gifted leader; however, don’t forget that even the most gifted leader has flaws and limits.
One key thing to remember is that unless you put the gifts God gave you at His disposal, your success will be limited.
God would rather have a person who is fully available to Him even if that person has lesser gifts.
To increase your usefulness in God’s service, rely on His power and wisdom rather than your own.
Do you fully place yourself at His disposal?
