Lead with Grace

God comforts you so that you, in turn, can reflect His love by comforting others, 2Cor 1:3-7. When God gives you power, He wants you to use it to empower others.

What are some things that empower others?

• Speak words of encouragement to them. Yes, each of us should be looking to God for that; however, it’s nice to hear it from those around you occasionally, 1The 5:11. 
• Hold both yourself and others accountable for the commitments you each make, Jas 5:12. 
• When asked, offer wise counsel (based on God’s Word), Pro 11:25. 
• Give them assignments and opportunities to practice what they learn, 1Pet 4:10.
