Lead with Grace

A true leader is concerned with the welfare of others more than his own comfort or prestige.

This doesn’t mean the leader fails to correct others when necessary.

Rather, it means the leader strives to restore the person gently. 

Tips:

• First, investigate the issue to be sure you have the facts correct. 
• Next, consider how correcting the person will benefit them, others, and the work at hand.
• Warn the person as a brother, 2The 3:14-15.
• Reaffirm your love for the person, 2Cor 2:7-8. 
• Keep spiritual restoration in mind. 
• Pray throughout the process.

Remember, we all have problems and weaknesses.

Let’s not excuse or ignore them.

Let us all seek to restore one another.
